It's very dark now we are still heading 344 (true) towards the western end of Sein Island our position is 6 Miles South of Sein, I decide to go for a snooze in order to get ready for the passage of Sein within 2 to 3Hours.
Simon is a the helm, while Emilie is on wacth, fishing nets, are common around here.
The Wind is consistently force 5 NE as planned it's great as we sail along the coast the sea gets very flat.
3am
Full moon, flat sea, warm wind, all the lighthouse in the area are highly visible, it's a light show.
Simon goes to sleep, Emilie Helms and I note our gps position.Still on the right track, perfectly in line with our planned course.
It will be time to head north in an hour at 4, straight to Ouessant on a close reach no need to tack.
4am
Distance to go roughly 35 NM, we should hopefully arriving at Ouessant Lampaul bay by 2/3pm or so...as we'll sail against the tide this time.
Heading on an easy course 0 degree North, I 'll take the helm now and let Emilie rest a little bit.
4.35am
We are just passed by a fast navy ship from the French Navy heading towards to Brest, flashing his deck light at us,is going to stop us to check our paperwork, and safety equipment?Well no, just checking.
